Wincanton has agreed terms for a 10-year renewal on its warehouse at Midpoint 18.
With a total of 725,000 sq ft, the Midpoint 18 site is the largest asset in Warehouse REIT’s portfolio.
The site is also ideally located just off the M6, with access to key international freight lines via Liverpool Docks.
