Event Summary  

This fifth webinar will provide more details on the next phase of the Trader Support Service. The webinar will outline the Trader Test service that is due to go live on the 21 September. There will also be a summary on how to pre-register and set up your profile on the new service from 1 October.

The webinar will also provide an overview of the project timeline. It will focus in on the key actions that TSS users need to take before the planned 20 October 2026 transition to the new service.

It will also direct you to other support available and offers you a further live opportunity to ask questions about the planned changes.

This webinar is for anyone with an interest in the movement of goods between Great Britain (GB) and Northern Ireland (NI), whether you are a current TSS user, a trader, intermediary or representative of a business moving goods.

By attending the webinar, you will learn how we will support you to prepare for the next phase of the TSS and what actions you now need to take.
