Joining the BWA
The BWA is a membership based association, established in 1885, which provides a professional service to it’s members and related organisations specifically involved in Customs and Excise warehousing. Its diverse membership base traditionally encompasses the major spirit producers, their service providers and their supply chain partners, and now includes manufacturers, importers, exporters and distributers of general goods.
Membership Grades
The BWA offer two grades of membership, as outlined below:
BWA Member – This is a membership for those operating in the Customs or Excise arena and who hold an authorisation to operate a Customs or Excise warehouse.
Associate Member – This is a membership for businesses that provide a service to those that operate a Customs or Excise warehouse. Associate Members cannot have unfettered access to BWA members.
