The Chairperson will be responsible for supervising the implementation of the government’s £24 billion funding for road infrastructure nationwide.
Gareth comes from the Cabinet Office and possesses vast experience in both the private and public sectors, serving as the government’s Chief Commercial Officer for the last 8 years.
The new National Highways Chair, Sir Gareth Rhys Williams, said:
