Jennie Baernreuther has recently joined the distillery.
She previously had a role with Speciality Drinks Group, where she served as a commercial director for The Whisky Exchange.
Jennie takes the role which was previously held by John Laurie, who will return to Edrington, as the new leader of Glenrothes Speyside.
The Glenturret distillery, which was founded in 1763, is based in the northwest of Crieff, in Perthshire, and is on the banks of the Turret River.
