He will take over from Robin Paul, who has been the temporary funding director. Paul will step down after a short handover period.
Driscoll is a qualified accountant from Deloitte and has led finance teams in fast-moving consumer goods and logistics companies. He has worked as CFO for Constellation Cold Logistics, Valeo Snackfoods, and Kettle Foods.
Commenting on his new role, Driscoll said:

Adnams said hiring Driscoll is an important step in its growth plans for 2025 and beyond, which were discussed at its recent annual meeting.
