A wonderful day with weather to match on Friday 8th May 2009. This year we had the MP and novelist Ann Widdecombe as our guest speaker and sponsor. Not surprisingly Ann ‘performed’ and entertained a full house of members and guests to what can only be described as a memorable experience. As usual the members and guest were welcomed on the Terrace for pre dinner drinks before sitting down to a wonderfull lunch which was followed by tours of the Houses of Lords and Commons.
