We’re establishing these centers across 10 European countries to address the 8 million lithium-ion batteries expected to reach end-of-life in the next five years. This multi-million-euro investment supports the automotive industry’s transition to more sustainable, electric mobility.
After successful trials at our site in Belgium, we’re expanding to France, the UK, and Spain by year-end, with additional centers opening across Europe through 2027.
