The Dalmore celebrates whisky launch with exclusive tasting lunch

Luxury single malt whisky brand The Dalmore recently marked the launch of its new Aged 17 Years expression with an intimate tasting lunch attended by 12 invited guests.

Hosted by Global Dalmore Specialist Craig Swindell, the event offered guests an introduction to the latest addition to The Dalmore portfolio through a guided tasting experience. Attendees explored the whisky’s distinctive character, featuring notes of Seville orange, rich orchard fruits, and warming wood spice.

To complement the whisky, guests were treated to a specially curated Spanish-inspired menu developed in collaboration with The Dalmore. The sharing-style tapas menu was designed to reflect and enhance the sherried flavour profile of the Aged 17 Years release.

Highlights included Canarejal cheese served with Dalmore-infused whisky brioche, alongside black trompette croquetas accompanied by a whisky sauce infused with The Dalmore.

The launch event showcased both the craftsmanship behind The Dalmore Aged 17 Years and the growing connection between premium whisky experiences and fine dining collaborations.
