Key TSS dates

Make sure you are aware of these important dates for the transition to the TSS.

To help ensure a smooth transition to the new Trader Support Service (TSS), make sure you are aware of these important dates:

14th October 2026: New company registrations

The outgoing TSS stopped accepting new company registrations. New companies must now register through the new TSS platform. You can register here.

30th November 2026: Additional users and outgoing TSS access

This is the final date for:

  • Adding new users to companies already registered on the outgoing TSS
  • Completing outstanding Supplementary Declarations
  • Downloading any data or records you need from the outgoing TSS.

From midnight, 20th October 2026: New TSS becomes mandatory for new movements

All new goods movements and pre-lodgements arriving from this time must be submitted through the new TSS. The outgoing TSS can no longer be used for these movements.
