As a First Line Manager you will lead and motivate a small but dedicated team through management of people, effective planning, and allocation of resource to ensure Kammac’s customers recieve on-time deliveries, KPIs are met, and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
If you:
– Currently operate at a similar level within the Transport field
– Have a minimum of three years experience within a Transport Logistics Operations environment
– Have strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
– Have a good understanding of EU legislation in regards to Transport
