Cavan Fabris is a Partner and Head of the Tier 2 Legal 500 ranked international Data & Cyber team at RPC in London.
He has 25 years’ experience at the intersection of law, technology, and international regulation and has advised innovative startups through to FTSE 100 multinationals on complex issues in data privacy, cyber incident response, AI, telecoms and global compliance.
Prior roles include senior positions at Deloitte Legal, EY Law, and in-house counsel at Apple and HP.
He is also a former Diplomat with the U.S. State Department. Cavan served as the Trusted AI lead at EY Law and helps organisations navigate the myriad of relevant legal frameworks that challenge AI implementation.
He brings a practical, business-aligned perspective to emerging tech law challenges that face General Counsels, Heads of Legal, boards, CISOs, CIOs and Chief Privacy Officers.
