BWA join Vaping Industry Working Group

The Bonded Warehousekeepers Association (BWA) has taken part in the Vaping Industry Working Group, a collaborative body of industry leaders and HMRC, aimed at shaping policies and promoting compliance within the vaping sector.

The BWA recently joined the Vaping Industry Working Group, a collaborative forum comprised of key stakeholders from the vaping industry, warehousing industry and HMRC.

The working group has been established to create open dialogue and joint working between industry representatives and HMRC, with the aim of shaping effective policies, promoting regulatory clarity, and ensuring robust compliance within the rapidly evolving vaping sector.

The group will focus on reviewing and providing input into draft legislation, HMRC guidance, operational procedures, and other regulatory matters relevant to the industry. Its work is intended to support the successful implementation of forthcoming regulations and ensure they are practical for businesses.

Members can expect the future meeting agendas to include discussion of upcoming guidance, legislative drafts, and compliance frameworks, with opportunities to contribute expertise and raise operational considerations.

We will share further updates once available.
