Organised under UK Athletics rules, the annual event starts at the Harbour Inn before finishing on South Green, with all proceeds from the race being donated to charitable causes.
As well as individual and team prizes, every finisher will receive a commemorative medal and an Adnams race bag packed with goodies, including a bottle of Adnams beer for participants aged 18 and over.
The Adnams 10K continues to be a fantastic example of how businesses can support their local communities, combining sport, fundraising and community spirit in one of Suffolk’s most popular running events.
