    • Disability Confident scheme – helps employers attract, recruit, and retain disabled talent.
    • Jobcentre partnerships connect businesses with underrepresented groups, supporting workforce diversity.

  • Specialist Advice & Bespoke Services
    • Employer Services Line – provides expert advice and labour market insights, and connects employers with Jobcentre Plus teams.
    • Strategic Relationship Team – supports businesses with complex or large-scale recruitment needs, such as multi-site expansion.
