Revised holding and movement excise guidance

In November HMRC invited you to comment on draft amendments to three pieces of holding and movement excise guidance. This was due to legislation coming into effect 23rd December 2024 to support easements when moving excise goods under duty suspension.
This guidance has now been published and HMRC has asked us to share the links and changes with you.
