BWA have been notified that some other UK Trade Associations have issued inaccurate guidance on VAT.
This, along with HMRC not issuing clear and concise guidance, has lead to some confusion.
The BWA, has created this release, which seeks to clarify the VAT requirements on Excise goods released from the Excise Warehouse regime.
