The Annual House of Commons Lunch was held on Friday 22nd October this year a little later than usual due to the Elections held earlier in May. This years sponsor was Simon Hughes MP who gave up some of his time from his busy schedule and deliver a very interesting and inspiring speech. Once again this Flagship event proved to be very popular with over 80 members and guests attending. Despite the later date in the year, the weather was kind to us and the day started as usual with drinks on the Terrace overlooking the Thames, Big Ben and the London Eye and followed by a first class lunch in the wonderful Churchill Rooms and finally rounded off with tours of the House of Commons and Lords.
